Megan Thee Stallion's Sparkly Chrome Nails Are the Secret to a Hot Girl Summer

Gather 'round hotties, because we may have just cracked the code to achieving a Hot Girl Summer, courtesy of Megan Thee Stallion. First, you'll need bouncy, voluminous, healthy hair. Next, you'll need fun, festival-ready outfits for dancing all night. And lastly, you'll need a good manicure. Megan Thee Stallion kicked off her 2024 Hot Girl Summer tour with all of these things, but our favorite out of the three has to be her sparkly, sharp stiletto manicure.

If there's one thing Megan's going to do, it's serve up a look with a great manicure in tow. By now, we know the "HISS" singer loves a fresh set of nails, and her latest puts a hot-girl spin on the chrome style we're currently seeing everywhere. Yesterday, Megan posted a slideshow of photos from the tour to her Instagram, showing off her outfits and her performance. But, all of our attention went to the second-to-last shot of her manicure.

Megan's manicure features a mid-length stiletto shape that has a silver, velvety finish with an iridescent chrome sparkle. Glazed manicures typically have a chrome finish, but the singer's nails have a unique shine that looks as though it feels like velvet. In the nail world, this is called a "cat eye" effect and Megan's nail artist Ginger revealed that she used cat eye gel polish and two layers of chrome powder to achieve the look.

The slideshow also gave us a peek at Meg's tour looks. The first two photos show the 29-year-old in a pink bikini with matching furry chaps, and the third through fifth photos show Megan in a grey jumpsuit textured with black beads and gemstones.

She wore her dark brown hair in curls that rested on her shoulders and for glam, she opted for a smoky bronze siren eye with a matching light-brown nude lip and sculpted bronze cheeks. The rest of the photos show Megan performing and shots of the crowd at her tour.
