Whenever Chlöe Bailey gets a new manicure, it's likely encrusted with some kind of jewel or gemstone. Her take on the "fancy" French manicure included lots of bling, and for Coachella she styled diamond French tips. So, if you guessed that she wore a similar manicure for the BET Awards, you'd be correct.
The BET Awards took place on June 30 in Los Angeles, and thus far, it's been one of the most stylish events of the summer. Of course, the Bailey sisters made an appearance, and while Halle opted for a vampy take on the French manicure, Chlöe put a new spin on her signature nail design.
The singer arrived at the awards ceremony wearing a French manicure with a 3D crystal design. Each nail had the pinky-nude base of the classic French style, but instead of white tips, she opted for a silvery blue. Each nail had a different arrangement of crystals, and what appeared to be clear and silver 3D blobs, giving it an organic look. To top it off there was a layer of chrome that gave the nails an extra touch of shine.
The other statement of the 26-year-old's glam was her eye makeup. Working with makeup artist Ernesto Casillas, Bailey wore a smoky bronze eye with sharp cat eye liner. Bailey complimented the statement eye with bronzy cheeks and a brown glossy lip.
On the carpet, Bailey styled a floor-length Mônot sequined gown that had a keyhole cutout and halter-tie silhouette. For her performance during the ceremony, she changed into a nude catsuit with multicolored sequins. Both outfits were styled with lots of diamond jewelry to match her nails.
It's official, Bailey is the queen of bling-encrusted manicures, and this might just be out favorite yet.
