All The Best Beauty Looks From the 2024 Met Gala

Zendaya

As one of the co-chairs for tonight's Met Gala, we knew Zendaya would serve us an unforgettable look. And that she did. The skinny brows, intense eyeshadow, and glossy dark lips make for a mesmerizing makeup look.

For hair, Ursula Stephen styled Zendaya's curls using Living Proof products (like the Triple Bond Complex, 5-in-1 Styling Treatment, and Flex Hairspray) and Dyson tools (including the Supersonic r Professional Hairdryer and hair styler straightener).

Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez is giving us ethereal, fairy-like vibes. Every detail feels intentional, from her loose, textured updo to her shimmery, sunset-inspired eyeshadow.

Lopez's effortless bun is the work of Lorenzo Martin. He created the look using several key products, such as the Tresemme Mega Control Hair Gel ($7), Shark FlexStyle ($350), and Tangle Teezer The Ultimate Styler ($17).

Gigi Hadid

Everything about Gigi Hadid's glam, from her hair to her makeup, screams old Hollywood glamour. We're obsessed with her high-shine red lipstick, rosy cheeks, and bouncy bob.

Her entire makeup look can be achieved using Maybelline New York products. Use the Super Stay Vinyl Ink in Red-Hot and Wicked to get her red lip. To recreate her baby pink cheeks, use the Sunkisser Liquid Blush & Bronzer ($12) in Uptown Glow and Cheek Heat Gel-Cream Blush in Nude Burn ($8).

Hadid's hairstylist, Laura Polko, created her Marilyn Monroe-inspired bob using Joico products. Polko says the key product is the brand's Defy Damage KBOND20 Power Masque ($35). 

Maleah Joi Moon

Maleah Joi Moon's sleek, perfectly sculpted hairstyle immediately caught our eye. NYC-based hairstylist Monaè Everett brought the look to life using Curls Blueberry Bliss Repair & Grow Sculpting Mousse ($16) and the Denman Brush D4 Original 9 Row Styler ($26).

Ayo Edebiri

Blush adds a playful pop of color to any look—and such is the case with Ayo Edebiri's Met Gala makeup. We were immediately drawn to the vibrant pink blush on her cheeks. Celebrity makeup artist Dana Delaney used Ilia's Multi-Stick in A Fine Romance and Color Haze Multi-Use Pigment ($32) in Sing to achieve her rosy look.

Hairstylist Miles Jeffries created Edebiri's dreamy updo—complete with a gorgeous floral headpiece. He styled her hair using Maui Moisture (like the Frizz-Free + Shea Butter Leave-In Conditioning Mist, $10) and Olivia Garden styling tools (including the Ceramic + Ion Flat Iron, $110).

Emma Chamberlain

Emma Chamberlain is leaning into her gothic side tonight. Her intense, smoky eyes complement her black, lacy dress perfectly. Celebrity makeup artist Kelsey Deenihan used Lancôme's Hypnôse 5-Color Eyeshadow Palette ($65) in Beige Brûlé and the Drama Liqui-Pencil Longwear Eyeliner ($25) in Cafe Noir. Her hair was slicked into a lace-decorated bun by hairstylist Sami Knight using Emi Jay products and tools.

Ashley Graham

Ashley Graham attended the Met Gala in an edgy, elegant look. Her spiky updo added all the drama—her stylist, Justine Marjan, used Nutrafol's Hair Serum ($69) to prep the model's hair.

The rest of Graham's glam was kept fairly minimal. Her dewy, glowing complexion is the result of ZO Skin Health and Revlon products. Graham's makeup artist, Ivan Núñez, prepped her skin with the Exfoliating Cleanser ($49), Exfoliating Polish ($68), Complexion Renewal Pads ($59), Illuminating AOX Serum ($178), and Growth Factor Serum ($168).

For her radiant complexion, Núñez also used Revlon must-haves like the Illuminance Serum Tint ($19), ColorStay Skin Awaken 5-in-1 Concealer ($13), SkinLights Prismatic Highlighter ($11), and SkinLights Prismatic Bronzer ($14).

Gwendoline Christie

Gwendoline Christie brought elevated glamour to the Met Gala. With this look, all eyes are on Christie's sculptural blonde hairdo. It's truly a work of art.

For her doll-like complexion, Danielle Kolaric used Pat McGrath Labs staples like the Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Foundation ($69) and Skin Fetish: Highlighter + Balm Duo ($50),

Mindy Kaling

Bobs remain a mainstay on the red carpet—and we're really into Mindy Kaling's flippy, retro bob. Kaling's hairstylist, Richard Grant, prepped her hair with Tresemme products like the Keratin Smooth weightless Leave-In Conditioner ($7) and Heat Protectant Spray ($8). For styling, Grant used the Shark FlexStyle ($350).

Rebecca Hall

It's all about art tonight, and actress Rebecca Hall used her body as a real-life canvas. Her minimal makeup and slicked-back hair allowed the beautiful handpainted flowers on her arms to be the star of the show.

Her dewy, hydrated complexion is thanks to Joanna Czech products, including The Soothing Serum ($275), The C+ Serum ($340), The Cream ($210), The Balm ($230), The Toner ($55), and The Face Mask ($30).

Tyla

Tyla has quickly become known as a hair chameleon, constantly switching up her look. For hair, the singer went for a textured, short haircut with a wet-look finish. For makeup, she opted for warm, bronzy glam.

Teyana Taylor

Teyana Taylor's Met Gala looks never disappoint. Her voluminous blonde hairdo and 90s-inspired brown makeup are gorgeous.

Emily Ratajkowski

Emily Ratajkowski's spiky bun offers an elevated take on the Y2K hair trend. The sleek pieces in the front balance the bold look.

Marcello Gutierrez is responsible for the model's neutral makeup. Gutierrez used all Charlotte Tilbury products—and specifically tapped the brand's Lip Cheat ($25) in Foxy Brown, K.I.S.S.I.N.G. Lipstick ($35) in Penelope Pink, and Collagen Lip Bath Lip Gloss ($35) in Refresh Rose to create her gorgeous glossy lip.

Dove Cameron

Rose serves as the color palette for Dove Cameron's makeup. Her bright red lip and subtle rosy cheeks are the perfect pair. Cameron's makeup artist relied on Danucera products to prep her skin before applying Beautyblender's Boost Firming & Smoothing Peptide Primer ($29) and Bounce Always On Radiant Skin Tint ($29).

Keke Palmer

Leave it to Keke Palmer to present an innovative take on a high ponytail. Her towering, cascading ponytail is a showstopper.

Her golden glam is equally eye-catching. Palmer's makeup artist, Kenya Alexis, utilized some of Milk Makeup's best-sellers to achieve her look. Some of the products in her kit included the Hydro Grip Primer ($38), Hydro Grip Eyeshadow Primer ($25), Matte Bronzer ($24) in Blaze, and the Cooling Water Jelly Tint ($24) in Burst.

Elle Fanning

Elle Fanning has taken an effortless, minimalist approach to her hair and makeup tonight. Her skin is fresh and dewy, while her hair features soft, natural waves.

Fanning's makeup artist, Erin Ayanian-Monroe, prepped her glistening skin with L'orèal Paris' Revitalift Derm Intensives 1.5% Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum ($19) and Revitalift Derm Intensives Micro Hyaluronic Acid + Ceramides Line-Plumping Water Cream ($20). For the actress' base makeup, Ayanian-Monroe used the True Match Super Blendable Foundation ($10), True Match Radiant Serum Concealer, True Match Super Blendable Blush ($13) in Tender Rose under True Match Lumi Glotion ($17) in 901.

Cynthia Erivo

Cynthia Erivo's makeup has two standout elements: hot pink eye makeup and spidery lashes. We're obsessed with both.

Celebrity makeup artist Sam Fine relied on Haus Labs' offerings to achieve the actress' look. For her complexion, he used the Triclone Skin Tech Foundation ($45) and Triclone Skin Tech Concealer ($32). To add shimmer to Erivo's skin, Fine used the Bio-Radiant Gel-Powder Highlighter ($40) in Bronzite and Raw Amber.

Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande is nothing short of angelic tonight. The wings on her face add to the ethereal, fairy-like nature of her fashion and beauty look. Makeup artist Michael Anthony used all r.e.m. beauty products, naturally, to create the dreamy look. Highlights include the Hypernova Satin Matte Blush ($20) in Pinking of You, Practically Permanent Lip Stain Marker ($17) in Booked n Busy, and the Dream Lashes ($16) in Eternally Mewing.

Serena Williams

Our cover star, Serena Williams, looks like a golden goddess tonight. We can guarantee she's sporting a full face of WYN Beauty, including the Word of Mouth Max Comfort Matte Lipstick ($20) in Explain. Her makeup artist Renny Vasquez finished things off with an $8 pair of Kiss lashes.

Charli XCX

Spiky hair is having a major moment tonight. Charli XCX's edgy updo is another prime example. We also love her gothy glam lips, courtesy of makeup artist Isamaya Ffrench using MAC.

Lana Del Ray

It's giving Forest Queen. All of the brown tones—from her lip gloss to her hair—give this look such an earthy feel. Her go-to makeup artist, Etienne Ortega, used Charlotte Tilbury on Lana's face and eyes, including the Magic Cream ($100), Beautiful Skin Foundation ($49), and Super Nudes Easy Eye Palette ($60). Her lips, however, were all Ortega's eponymous line—he prepped her lips with the Blu Nectar Lip Oil ($21) and then applied the Soft Contour Lip Liner ($16) in Cinnamon Girl and Agave Glow Color Stick ($22) in Petals.

Doja Cat

We can always count on Doja Cat to do something unexpected with her makeup. Her glitter tears and slanted, skinny brows are so creative and cool. "We used glitter to paint shimmering, enchanted tears of joy streaming down her cheeks," says Pat McGrath, who was behind the look.

"On her lids, we created the most beautiful gilded cat eyes using black pencil, black liquid liner, lots of mascara, and the warm scintillating shades in my Mothership V: Bronze Seduction palette. She looks absolutely major!"

Kylie Jenner

Kylie Jenner is in her pared-back beauty era. Her slicked-back bun and natural-looking makeup are elegant, timeless choices. Her longtime makeup artist, Ariel Tejada, gave her a glowy beat, heavily featuring her new Kylie Cosmetics Powder Blush Stick ($26) in Meet Me There.

Cardi B

With her hair tucked away in a towering tulle headwrap, Cardi B's makeup is the focal point of the look. We love how her eye makeup—by Erika La' Pearl using NYX Professional Makeup—features hints of green, playing off her dazzling emerald jewelry.

Kaia Gerber

Kaia Gerber's blowout is reminiscent of her mother's signature look in the '90s. Don't believe us? “Cindy Crawford was a huge source of inspiration for Kaia’s hair," says colorist Jenna Perry, who used Olaplex to create the model's "bombshell brunette" shade.

“I did a rich enhancing gloss using the Olaplex 4-in-1 Moisture Mask. I finished it off with Olaplex Nº.7 Bonding Oil to achieve the rich glossy look and to prepare and protect Kaia’s hair for Met day heat and styling.”

Taraji P. Henson

Taraji P. Henson's hair is a floral masterpiece. Created by TYM Wallace using TPH by Taraji, the pink flowers and hairpins take her already glamorous bun to another level. Makeup Artist Saisha Beechman used Danessa Myricks Beauty products to craft her pretty pink glam.

Sydney Sweeney

Sydney Sweeney debuted a dramatic hair change at the Met Gala. The jet-black bob is such a bold, beautiful look on her. For makeup, her MUA Melissa Hernandez opted for a soft glam with plenty of body glitter.

“The contrast between the black gloves and delicate blue tulle of Sydney’s custom Miu Miu gown inspired me to create a look that felt edgy, yet ethereal and feminine," she says. "Using the new Armani Beauty Cheek Tint ($39), we created a romantic bubble-gum flush of color that was the perfect contrast to the black details of her ensemble."

Sabrina Carpenter

We're really into Sabrina Carpenter's frosty eyeshadow, softly blushed cheeks, and pale pink glossy lip. Her cascading blonde hair looks equally sophisticated. "Our look today was all about glowing fresh skin and our inspiration is delicately fierce," says her makeup artist Carolina Gonzalez, who used all Armani Beauty for the look.

Rachel Smith

Entertainment Tonight correspondent Rachel Smith opted for an on-theme fashion and beauty look. Her sleek, pulled-back hair allows her subtle, earth-tone makeup to really shine.
